It's my first trip to Japan, and I'm worried I'll get lost. Don't worry!!! Our staff are easy to find. They all wear bright purple Jackets with Hakubus or Nagano Snow Shuttle on the back. They are also holding a very large sign that says "Nagano Snow Shuttle".
They are always waiting at South Exit 2 in terminal 2, an are only about 15m from where you exit customs. Looking a tth back ground picture on this page, we are about 10m off to the right. If in the unlikely event you cannot find them, head to an information counter an they will show you where to go. All passengers get an emergency contact number that will connect them with our staff on the ground and also our office in Hakuba, which is open to well after each bus leaves.

How much time is needed to catch the bus? If you flight is scheduled to arrive before 19:00 (or 20:00 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays) then you are fine. We track all flights and know where you are. We know if you are running a little late and we will wait for you.

I'm worried that my flight will be delayed. Will you wait? Where possible we will wait for delayed flights. Flights can only land at Narita Airport before 10:30PM or so after that, odds are you'll be diverted to another airport.
During the 2010-11 season there were many delays caused by volcanoes erupting, storms in Queensland etc, yet we pretty much managed to get everyone to their destination.
While we do try to wait for everyone, there may be occasions that we are unable to. It is a case by case situation, and we ask for everyone's understanding.

Arrival is in the early hours of the morning. How do I get to my accommodation? Arriving at ski resorts in the middle of the night, when it can be -20c outside can be dangerous. In most resorts there is no taxi service after 1AM, and only limited services before then. For this reason we make sure you get dropped off at your accommodation. In Hakuba we have a 4WD 20 seater that will run you the doorstep. In Shiga Kogen, the bus does a circuit of all the hotels, while in Nozawa with it's tiny back streets, and steep slopes, we have arranged for taxis to be on stand by (free of charge).

Are all Services direct? We have 3 different scenarios for transporting people from the Airport and Nagano Ski Resorts. This is the only way we can guarantee a daily service to all resorts.
1. When there are enough passengers from each resort then a each resort will have it's own bus that goes directly to and fro the airport.
2. When Hakuba has sufficient numbers to warrant a full service, but Shiga Kogen and Nozawa Onsen do not, passengers from Nozawa Onsen will be transported to Nakano City, and will merge with the Shiga Kogen Bus and head to the airport.
3. When there are only a few passengers in total, all routes will merge at Nagano Intercharge on the Joshin Etsu Expressway.
Transfers are made at convenience stores, so you can pop in and buy a few supplies and use the bathroom while our staff transfer your luggage.

How do I pay? Payment is made at time of booking. Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard.

Can I change my dates? You can change your travel dates at no cost up until 14 days before travel. If you change dates less than 14 days before date of travel there is a charge of 2,000yen per person.
